Grade 10 Math (MPM2D) Tutoring Program
Our Grade 10 Math tutoring program helps students build a solid understanding of key math concepts while boosting their confidence, critical thinking, and academic performance. This progam offers the structure, support, and personalized strategies students need to succeed and stay ahead.
As North York’s trusted math tutors, we understand that Grade 10 is a pivotal year for high school math. That’s why Grade 10 math tutoring program goes beyond reviewing classroom lessons. We break down complex concepts, strengthen problem-solving skills, and prepare students for tests, final exams, and future math courses like Functions, Advanced Functions, Data Management, and Calculus.
For students’ convenience, our small-group and one-on-one sessions are available in person at our North York location and online.
Course Outline
Grade 10 math program follows Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum and covers:

How Our Program Works

First, we start with a free diagnostic assessment to understand your child’s current level, strengths, and gaps. Then we build a learning plan tailored to their specific course and learning goals.
2. Expert Instruction
Lessons are taught by Ontario-certified educators and/or experienced math tutors. We break down complex concepts with clear explanations, real-world examples, and interactive problem-solving.
3. Practice & Progress Tracking
To reinforce learning, we provide students with structured homework, regular check-ins, and quizzes. We closely monitor growth to adjust instruction when needed.
4. Test & Exam Preparation
As unit tests and final exams approach, we focus on review strategies, time management, and mastering test formats. As a result, students walk into their assessments feeling prepared, not panicked.
